Every hidden lag and lead in your P6 programme. Audited in seconds — never uploaded.

Drop a Primavera P6 XER and get a board-ready Excel audit of every relationship lag and lead — classified, severity-graded, and checked against DCMA Tests 9 & 10.

Judge the deliverable first: download a sample Excel audit of a heavily-flagged programme or a clean pass — fictional data, no registration needed.

  • Browser-onlyYour file stays on this machine.
  • Excel-firstThe audit workbook is the main output.
  • Clear resetStart the next review without refreshing.
How it works

Three steps. Nothing leaves your device.

The audit runs entirely in your browser. Your programme file is read into memory, analysed, and turned into an Excel workbook on your machine — no upload, no server, no telemetry.

STEP 01

Drop your XER

Select or drag a Primavera P6 .xer export. It is read by the page through the browser file picker — it is never sent anywhere.

STEP 02

Audited in browser memory

Every TASKPRED relationship is classified and severity-graded against DCMA Tests 9 & 10 — in memory, on your device, in seconds.

STEP 03

Board-ready Excel on your device

Download a nine-sheet, branded audit workbook — executive summary, full register, DCMA checks — generated locally and saved to your machine.

No upload · No server processing · No telemetry from the review
The PlannerCore™ suite

Schedule-integrity instruments for Primavera P6

The Lag Auditor is the first instrument in a growing suite. Each one reads the same XER, cites a recognised standard, and produces the same board-ready Excel audit — one platform, many lenses.

Available now

Lag Auditor

DCMA Tests 9 & 10

Every relationship lag and lead — classified, severity-graded, and scored against the DCMA lag and lead targets.

Available now

Logic Auditor

DCMA Test 1

Network logic completeness — activities missing a predecessor or successor, dangling activities, and open ends.

Available now

Float Auditor

DCMA Tests 6 & 7

Total-float integrity — high float that hints at missing logic, and negative float that means a date can no longer be met.

Planned

Constraint Auditor

DCMA Test 5

Hard and soft date constraints that override the network and distort the critical path.

Planned

Baseline Comparator

AACE RP-52R-06

Programme-versus-baseline slippage, built for claims preparation and delay analysis.

Methodology

This review reads relationship lag values from the Primavera P6 `TASKPRED` table. Raw `lag_hr_cnt` hours remain the source of truth; displayed days are converted at 8 hours per day.

  • DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment: Test 9 target is less than 5% of relationships with lag.
  • DCMA Test 10 target is zero relationships with negative lead.
  • Cited references: AACE International RP-52R-06 and Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol, Position 4.

Review Basis

This tool identifies recorded lags and leads. It does not recalculate the critical path, certify contractual compliance, or modify the uploaded XER file.
